Hammer Visual Engineering: Links

Friends, Family, and Associates:
My partner, Hammer Data Systems qualifies as one of the best Applications Programming and Consulting Companies in the country. They specialize in determing the actual needs and requirements of their customers and providing a complete systems solution scaled very precisely to those needs. If you need Access, Q&A, or Webpage programming, Hammer Data Systems is the place to go.
Here is a Lantica website dedicated to Sesame, an easy to use, cross platform (95/98/ME/2000/XP & Linux), client/server, Q&A Compatible database manager.
Hardparts Technology Services is my ISP and Webpage provider. Hammer Visual Engineering also provides technical support (system administration) on their web server. They do everything from computer repair to web page hosting, and they do it with a down-to-earth attitude that is very rare and valuable in this day and age.
If you use Q&A, here is an announcement that will interest you. Even if you don't use Q&A, but are interested in a light, quick, and easy-to-use database manager - you should take a look.
If you need, use, or want Q&A, PCTA is the company you need to talk to. Not only do they sell Q&A, they also support it, providing database consulting and programming services.
Peter Lasersohn - This is the home page for my brother. He is a professor of linguistics at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Silicon Graphics Pages:
SGI - they aren't called Silicon Graphics Inc. anymore.
The Unixology SGI Advice and Technical Data page provides the best SGI meta-info I've seen in a long time. If you need to know something about your SGI box, here's the place to go. They have benchmarks, technical specs, and links to just about everywhere SGI.
Bill Hampton's list of PD software for SGI - this is a clasic. It is a list of many (if not all) of the FTP and Websites containing public domain software for SGI.
The SGI FAQs - This is the "official" site of the SGI newsgroups FAQs. Go here and look before you ask online.
